He argues that we are taking the wrong approach to challenging the impacts of consumption and that we need to create coherent endings in our product, service and digital experiences so as to rebalance this.

It was presented at over 40 events in the last year, often as a keynote, at venues across America, Europe, Middle East and Russia. Joe has now established the worlds first customer ending business www.andend.co, with a client list including - PepsiCo, Intuit, Logitech, Ikea, Spotify, Swedbank and Autotrader.
